Sacramental Prep Registration Form Link

Parents wishing to have their children prepare to celebrate the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist (Gr. 2 or older) or Confirmation (Gr. 8 thru high school) are asked to please register at https://form.jotform.com/252164882377163, the parish website or contact Eileen Edwards (330-296-6434 or This email address is being protected from spambots. A reminder to all families that the diocesan policy states that a child must have TWO continuous years of religious education in a parish school of religion program and/or Catholic school to prepare and celebrate these sacraments.
