Immaculate Conception extends the Eucharistic table to those who are in hospitals, care facilities and those who are at home, but cannot easily attend Mass. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are assigned to bring communion to homebound parishioners in their homes.  Other ministers are specially trained for hospital ministry and care facilities.  Also, Lay Leaders of Prayer are trained to hold prayer services for care facility residents.  Please contact Deacon Chris if you feel called to these ministries.
