Preparation for First Reconciliation takes place in first and second grades.  Children must be enrolled and attending a Parish School of Religion program or receiving religious instruction at an area Catholic school.  The family must be registered in our parish and actively practicing their faith by regular Mass participation.  Parents are required to attend a formation and preparation session in early fall to assist them with the home instruction.  First Reconciliation is usually celebrated in late November.
